We make the journey to owning your dream campervan as smooth as possible.
It all starts with a conversation. During these initial meetings, we will get to know each other better. We will have an in-depth discussion exploring how you intend to use your van – your adventure plans, your ideas, your must-haves and extras, the type of van, and your budget. This can be over the phone, via video call, or in person at our workshop in Barry.
A bespoke build takes a little more time and planning, but we’re up to the task. With years of experience, we know we can bring your vision to life. You’ll be invited to a formal design meeting with our in-house product designer, where we’ll discuss how you plan to use your van and your preferences. Based on our initial discussions, we’ll create a 3D design so you can begin to envision your dream build and we can finalise the details.
A further, final meeting will be arranged to confirm you’re happy to proceed. Please note, we do request a design fee up front which is non-refundable. This will be taken off your final build if you decide to proceed with us. More on this in our FAQ section. Once a quote is agreed and a deposit paid… on to the exciting bit: The Build.

The most exciting day! We’ll welcome you to the Camper Family and give you a full tour of your new camper van, showing you how everything works. You’re welcome to record these handovers; we know the excitement makes it difficult to absorb all of this key information.
Then, all that’s left to do is take the keys and start your firstadventure, safe in the knowledge that your dream home on wheels isprotected with a 12 month workmanship guarantee.

Designing in 3D allows us to explore ideas, sense-check practicality and resolve challenges early - ensuring what’s built performs exactly as intended, both on the road and in everyday use.
